How to Apply

Applicants are requested to read the below mentioned steps carefully before submitting there application at the Italian visa & legalization application center , lagos.

Step 1: All Private & Business visa applicants and the applicants requiring certificate legalization must pay the Service Fee at a designated branch of Guaranty Bank before scheduling their appointment.

Step 2: : There after applicant needs to log on to our website and click on the link Schedule an Appointment for submission of documents at IVLAC Please keep your bank receipt number handy for online validation on our website while scheduling your appointment. Please note that the applicants are requested to schedule their appointment according to their visa category. If the appointment is scheduled in the wrong category then the application will not be accepted. The applicant needs to take a fresh appointment by paying service fee and bank charges again.

Step 3: On the day of the appointment applicant needs to come to the Italian Visa & legalization application center precisely at the schedule time. You will need to bring the printed Appointment Letter, the Visa Application Form, your Passport and all Requisite Documents.

Note: All the applicants, irrespective of his/her intended duration of stay in Italy or the Schengen area has to sign & submit a Declaration of the provision of true and complete information with their application form.

Declaration on Travel Health Insurance

Applicants applying for all Multiple Entry Schengen Visas, irrespective of the validity, will also have to provide a written guarantee that they will cover all successive trips with an International Health Insurance valid for the intended period of travel.
